Ingredients:

• 2 cups crushed chocolate cookies


• 1/2 cup melted butter


• 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled


• 1/4 cup coffee liqueur


• 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix


• 2 cups cold milk


• 1 cup heavy cream


• 1/4 cup powdered sugar


• 1/4 cup vodka


• Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine crushed chocolate cookies and melted butter

Press into the bottom of serving glasses

In a separate bowl, mix brewed coffee and coffee liqueur

Pour the mixture over the cookie crust in the glasses

In another bowl, whisk together instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk

Pour the pudding over the coffee layer in the glasses

In a chilled bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form

Fold in vodka
