Slow Cooker Brownie Pudding Cake

• 1 cup all-purpose flour


• 3/4 cup granulated sugar


• 6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder


• 2 teaspoons baking powder

• 1/2 cup milk


• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil


• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


• 3/4 cup packed brown sugar


• 1 3/4 cups hot water

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, 3 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder, and salt

Stir in milk, oil, and vanilla until smooth

Spread batter evenly into a greased slow cooker

In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar and remaining cocoa

Sprinkle over batter

Pour hot water over top

Do not stir

Cover and cook on high for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean
