Gluten-Free Pesto Recipe

This gluten-free pesto recipe is a delicious and versatile sauce that can be used as a pasta sauce, dip, or spread. It's made with fresh basil, pine nuts, and Parmesan cheese (gluten-free), creating a burst of flavor in every bite.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves

  • 1/2 cup pine nuts

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese make sure it's gluten-free

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions:

In a food processor, combine basil leaves, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic


Pulse until ingredients are finely chopped


With the food processor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the mixture is smooth and well combined


Season with salt, black pepper, and fresh lemon juice


Pulse to combine


Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary


Serve the gluten-free pesto over your favorite gluten-free pasta or as a dip for gluten-free bread or vegetables
