“Done is better than perfect.”
We hear that a lot these days and it’s something with which I would strongly agree.
We all do the opposite, don’t we? We find numerous reasons, faultless causes, convincing excuses to put off making a start on things.
Then we agonise over not having done it.
We tend to wait for the perfect time, the right moment, when we are less busy, when winter is over, when times get quieter, when we’re back in a normal busy routine, and so on and so on and so on.
Some people have great ideas, but they never use them. Others have mediocre ideas but because they apply them and put them into action, they achieve spectacular success.
What ever your concept of success may be, what it needs to be brought into existence is action.
Not talk.
