Crispy Fried Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken thighs

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 1 cup buttermilk

  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix together flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper


Dip chicken thighs in buttermilk, then coat them evenly in the flour mixture


Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat


Fry chicken thighs for about 6-8 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy


Remove chicken from the oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil


Serve hot and enjoy!
