These courses are ideally suited to people who are serious about making positive changes to their lives, if changes are indeed what are needed. Often it can be that someone just wants to know where to start, how to go about it, simply, effectively, with the knowledge that what's being done is useful.

Energy and Stress in life and in business

Stress, or rather, distress, can have a debilitating effect on the performance of a person, a group, a company.
Some recent research indicates an alarming increase in illnesses and conditions that are fundamentally stress-based.  
It's becoming more and more recognised as a contributory factor in staff performance, and indeed in staff relations.  

After a Labour Court recommendation, in which an employee was awarded a financial compensation, it was stipulated that work-related stress is now a matter of Health and Safety.

This has the effect of putting the responsibility on employers and to take steps to deal with it. Any psychological damage coming from what appears to be work related stress may be attributed to an employer's failure to deal with this recommendation and could result in the payment of substantial compensation.

Some individual claims have resulted in amounts exceeding €80,000.
